Karachi, May 8: Pak Sarzameen Party will hold a historic women jalsa on May 15, at Jinnah Garden, Karachi. This announcement was made by PSP chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Sunday. He said that now Karachi will not be deceived by anyone. The problems of Karachi cannot be solved by any ethnic political party nor by any national party of outside Karachi origin. The problems of Karachi can only be solved by the national political party of Karachi which is none other than PSP.
We will prove that Karachi’s mandate is so powerful that it can solve the problems from Karachi to Kashmore, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Imran Khan’s government came with a special support, his government proved to be so corrupt and incompetent that those who brought him to power was so embarrassed with PTI performance that in order to salvage their tarnished honor they had to disassociate themselves and ask PTI to take care of their own matters.
Either one accept or not, Pakistan is a security state which has left and right neighbouring states that can’t even tolerate the very existence of Pakistan. The incompetent and corrupt federal government of PTI, in order to sustain its government, gave free hand to the corrupt and biased provincial government of PPP in Sindh. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan, by considering Karachites senseless, did nothing for Karachi for four years, he did not even apologize to the people of Karachi in his recent rally at Jinnah ground. When he was in government, he didn’t even care about Karachi, but now as soon as his government was toppled, he reached Karachi to hold the first public rally. Whether it is census or quota system, injustice has been done to Karachi. This city buys and drinks water worth billions of rupees.
Instead of resolving the problems of Karachi under Imran Khan, they have increased manyfold. Khan, who used to reach Lahore every Friday during his tenure, came to Karachi, the highest tax paying city of Pakistan, only 8 times in 4 year, but never stayed even for a single night, maybe someone forbade him to spend the night at the beach city.
Whenever Imran Khan came to Karachi as the Prime Minister, he use to made new announcements, he announced a mega Rs 1100 billion package, sometimes several hundred billion package but the fact is, not a single rupee was given to Karachi. PTI members from Karachi were paid Rs 500 million each as political bribe, but any project execution remained a distant thing. The Green Line bus project was almost completed during the Nawaz Sharif era, only buses were to be brought in to ply on road. While in power, PTI could not hold a single corner meeting in Karachi.
People join Imran Khan’s rallies not because of love with him but in hatred of PPP, PML-N and MQM.
The PML-N has suffered the most in the last two and a half months. Whatever Imran Khan boasted about before coming to power, he reversed all of them as he came to the government. Imran Khan claimed that he would end corruption in 90 days; while the ugly realiis is that all institutions became more corrupt and incompetent because the PTI federal government itself was corrupt.
When Imran Khan returned from a tour of the United States, the government said that it was like he had won the second World Cup, In fact within a few days of Imran Khan’s return from the United States, India occupied Kashmir as its part through constitutional amendments. In 75 years, India couldn’t even dared to take such a step as India did during Khan’s regime.
India annexed Kashmir and Imran Khan announced a half-hour traffic blockade in his own country every week. Imran Khan’s drama of stopping traffic for half an hour on Friday couldn’t even lasted for four or five weeks. If Imran Khan had to make a narrative of American conspiracy, he should have made it on the issue of Kashmir. Imran Khan, through the immoral video of DG NAB, compelled the NAB to make decisions as per his will. The world doesn’t need to be hostile to Pakistan, we are making a mockery of ourselves. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Pakistan House.
President PSP Anis Kaim Khani and other key officials were also present on the occasion.
Kamal further added that the previous government’s ministers used to do what the opposition was expected to do. Former government ministers used to do everything that prevented the parliament from functioning. He said that Bilawal Bhutto used to say from the stage of PDM that he would bring revolution. Where Bilawal’s government is, PPP has wreaked havoc in 13 years. Sindh needs revolution against PPP. Therefore, PSP did not become a part of PDM. The MQM was scheming with opposition while in government till the last moment. If it had to negotiate with the opposition, it should have resigned from the government. Nobody has ever imagined about what is happening in Pakistan for a few months now, PDM was just a source of point scoring.
We knew that the day the PML-N and the PPP would sit together, the PTI government would fall. He said that MQM was in government yesterday and is still in government today. We have already said that the MQM cannot survive without the government because they are a bunch of criminals, whom Khan used to call nafees people. Only we know how to solve the problems of Karachi. We have run this city before and we can still run it. Now the only hope of Karachi is PSP.
