Press Release
Karachi, February 22: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday said that if the founder of Muttahida and MQM have confidence in London courts, they should dare to file a case for arrest of mastermind of Imran Farooq in British court.

“I ask the innocent Karachiites not to be deceived. One who can kill his 30 year old aid, confidant and party asset Imran Farooq, can kill anybody.” Kamal said.

Anyone who disagrees with the founder of MQM got killed. Chairman PSP has highlighted the confessional statement which one of the MQM leader Tariq Mir had given to Scotland Yard about receiving funding from Indian spy agency RAW.
According to the confessional statement, MQM founder built properties worth millions of pounds in London with the funds received from RAW.
Why Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is silent on the issue of arresting the mastermind of Imran Farooq’s murder? Imran Farooq, Azeem Tariq, Khalid bin Waleed, Raza Haider, Sajid Qureshi are among the few from the long list of martyrs.
Muhajir youth need to understand that MQM only manipulates their sentiments by making them emotional so that their dead bodies can be found everywhere or the process of arrests or disappearance could begin.
Today the city’s peace is prevalent because of the PSP. We did not let the ethnic fire to engulf the city. Let the PPP know that PSP will never budge from its stance by any phone call from anybody like Rehman Malik. The PFC Award and Divisible Pool signed agreement between us and the Sindh government should be implemented. If PPP breaks the agreement, no one can stop us from taking to the streets. Then the government will be responsible for all untoward circumstances. Today we have people of every religion, language, creed in PSP. Everyone has seen our strength.
Local government powers will be obtained in all cases.

The ex-wife of the founder of MQM filed for divorce petition in a London court.
The petition contained all the misdeeds and horrific personal information of founder of Muttahida. When the so-called father of the Muhajirs was exposed, everyone in the party got upset. The so-called father of Muhajirs, sought the help from PPP chairman, former president Asif Ali Zardari, the party whose quota system caused formation of MQM.
Asif Zardari immediately rushed Federal Law Minister Farooq H Naik and Interior Minister Rehman Malik to London to help the MQM leader, who was bargaining the interests of the entire muhajir nation. The record was shown to MQM leaders, including incumbent Law Minister Forough Naseem, and help was sought. The case was settled out of court by paying 1.3 million pounds to the wife of founder Muttahida, and in doing so Rehman Malik got all the evidence against Altaf Hussain. In its 30 years of politics, Muttahida has not staged a single strike against the quota system which was the basis of MQM’s existence. Many times in the last 30 years, the issue of muhajir could have been solved by MQM by amending the constitution. But the issue of quota system was not resolved deliberately. Against this quota system, Kamal said our three generations perished and the shohada graveyard was established.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and the current MQM want the dying, missing, arrested, sobbing, unemployed, helpless, deprived, oppressed muhajir to fuel its politics. The politics of corpses is still their first priority today.
Does the so-called representative party of muhajir have the right to do politics after these shameful deeds ? Shouldn’t there be an operation against them? If the MQM had brought 300,000 people to the streets during its good times, the federation would have opened the assembly on a holiday and enacted legislation. But during the last 30 years of MQM’s negative politics, the welfare of the muhajirs was never on the cards. They were busy in building their palaces.
PPP broke all records of corruption and irregularities in Sindh, but this so called Muhajir Representative party did not hold a protest against the provincial government.
Whenever there was a muhajir issue, the PPP used MQM founder’s files, MQM has always remained silent and this city has been lost to PPP. One by one, the PPP government began to seize all the powers and resources. What kind of a father of the nation who is ready to sacrifice the whole nation to save himself. The city and the muhajir nation perished to cover up a man’s evil deeds. Nowadays the politics of change of government is being carried out. I urge all parties and their workers to first talk about devolution of power so that their towns and cities may develop.

We have stood up against the heinous political business of ethenicity and challenged founder of Muttahida. We played a central role against linguistics and peace in this city came from our policy. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference at Pakistan House. Central officials including President PSP Anis Kaim Khani were also present on the occasion. Earlier, the chairman of the PSP played the previous speeches of founder of Muttahida that made the muhajir ashamed and deprived of rights.

The video showed founder of Muttahida seeking help from Narendra Modi against Pakistan. He sought Asylum for him along with his colleagues. Indian soldiers were called martyrs. He threatened the then sitting Chief of Army Staff and DG ISI on abducting their children and families.
The video showed intoxicated founder of MQM informing party workers about sex. Abusing the state institutions of Pakistan, the common people became claimants of Sindhu Desh. After these speeches of MQM founder, operation against the muhajirs was an obvious move.

Press Release
Karachi, February 20: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Sunday said that due to failed policies of incompetent, corrupt and tyrannical rulers, sky rocketed inflation, record-breaking unemployment and partisan police system pushed the poor and especially the white collared middle class to the brink of death.
Educated youth are forced to commit suicide, poverty have induced street crimes, robberies, rape of women and children and targeted killings have attained such height that the lives, property and dignity of the people are neither protected at homes nor on the streets.
Incompetent and insensitive rulers are raising the prices of electricity, petrol, gas and essential commodities on a daily basis while pushing the country towards civil war on the one hand and the country on the other. Pakistan’s incompetent rulers are creating tomorrow’s terrorists today. The saddest part is that the government and the opposition are spending all their energies in tearing each other down and playing the number game. The tragedy of Pakistan is that no political party in the parliament has any concern for the common man.  Rulers have plunged the country into severe political and economic instability which is a dire for the security and sovereignty of any country.
Pakistan is not functioning under the present corrupt system and the stubbornness to operate the country further under this rotten system is causing irreparable damage to Pakistan.
Incompetent and corrupt rulers have handed over Pakistan’s security and sovereignty to the IMF. He expressed these views while addressing a delegation of businessmen at Pakistan House.

He further said that apart from PSP, the people have no other option now. There is no other way to fix Pakistan except the formula proposed by PSP. The longer the people and institutions accept our feasible proposals, the more Pakistan will suffer. The three constitutional amendments we have mentioned cover the people from Karachi to Kashmir. Time has proved that we are not people who take U-Turns.

PSP
Press Release

Karachi, January 18: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Saturday said that PSP will not allow corrupt and bigoted PPP to become a political ghazi under the guise of incompetence and failure of PTI.
The PPP’s list of crimes is indescribably long. Through the protest march against the federal government, Bilawal Zardari wants to cover up the PPP’s mismanagement, corruption, nepotism and bigotry.
PPP has wreaked havoc from Karachi to Kashmore. The people of Sindh demand independence not only from the incompetent and failed PTI federal government but also from the corrupt and biased provincial government of the PPP.

If PDM leadership including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Shahbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and others kept mum over PPP’s atrocities in Sindh, then the nation is right assuming that the purpose of PDM is not for the welfare of the people rather to attain rule. Dogs continue to bite children in the province, children in Larkana have succumbed to AIDS and drug addiction, children in Thar are dying daily due to malnutrition. Despite police presence in Karachi, Pakistan’s economic lifeline, people are losing their lives, prestige and property in street crimes. Educated youth are forced to commit suicide.
People have no access to drinking water, no transport system. Education and health institutions have been destroyed due to persistent culture of nepotism. The doors of government jobs were closed on the youth of Karachi. Despite spending more than Rs 10,242 billion as part of NFC awards from the federation, there is not a single model UC, seminary or hospital in the entire province. Rs 2300 billion has been spent on education, millions of children are out of school. Local bodies were seized and paralyzed. The Chief Minister was empowered in the name of the 18th Amendment, depriving the people of their powers and resources.

Despite being the highest earning province, the people of Sindh are forced to live in the worst conditions compared to other provinces. Movers and shakers are not bothered, the country is running on auto but can no longer operate in existing manner. He expressed these views in a telephonic address to the officials of PSP Larkana. Syed Mustafa Kamal further said that PSP is the only hope of the people from Karachi to Kashmir as its leadership is competent, credible, courageous and hardworking and which is offering workable solutions to all the chronic problems of Pakistan.

PSP
Karachi, February 14: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Monday said that the incompetent and conscienceless rulers have pushed the country towards severe political and economic instability, and such grim circumstances are hazardous for the security and sovereignty of any country.
Pakistan is not functioning under the present corrupt system and the stubbornness to operate the country further under this rotten system is causing irreparable damage to Pakistan. While on one hand the incompetent and corrupt rulers have compromised Pakistan’s security and sovereignty by handing over state Bank to the IMF, on the other hand, skyrocketing inflation and record-breaking unemployment have pushed the poor, especially the white-collar middle class, to the brink of death.
Educated youth have been forced to commit suicide, hunger and poverty have made street crimes and robberies so common that no one is spared.
Only master and slave classes are being deliberately created in the country.
On one hand the incompetent rulers are pushing the country towards civil war by raising the prices of electricity, petrol, gas and other necessities on a daily basis. On the other hand, an open field has been given to Pakistan’s hostile powers for the fulfillment of their nefarious aims. Pakistan’s incompetent rulers are creating tomorrow’s terrorists today.
The saddest part is that the government and the opposition are spending all their energies in letting each other down and playing the number game. The dilemma of Pakistan is that the political parties in the parliament do not care about the common man. He expressed these views while addressing a public coordination campaign in Baldia Town. He further said that apart from PSP, the people have no other option now. There is no other way to fix Pakistan’s issues except the formula presented by PSP.
The longer the people and institutions accept our proposed plan, the more Pakistan will suffer. Praise be to Allah, the three constitutional amendments we have mentioned cover and protect the interests people from Karachi to Kashmir. Time has proved that we are not people who take U-Turns.

PSP
Press Release
Karachi, February 12: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Saturday said that the problem of the industrialist community was corruption at the government level and difficulties in setting up and running industries.
Only the three constitutional amendments proposed by the PSP can save Pakistan from corruption and terrorism.
Pakistan’s industrial community has done all the experiments, now there is no other option but PSP to fix Pakistan’s chronic issues.
The longer the industrialists and the people take time to stand shoulder to shoulder with PSP, the more they and Pakistan will suffer. The way Pakistan is being run after the 18th Amendment has brought Pakistan to a standstill.
Administratively and financially, the country was unable to function after the 18th Amendment. The provincial rulers have to understand that if the fruits of the 18th Amendment do not reach the people then the 18th Amendment will be rolled back from the provinces. The powers vested in the provinces by the 18th Amendment have not been devolved to the lower level. If the Sindh government does not create a system to transfer Rs. 1200 billion then we’ll proceed with sit ins at 12 different places of Karachi. Three amendments to the Constitution of Pakistan are urgently needed.
In which the share of NFC through PSC award should be transferred directly to the district by the provincial government. Under Article 140A, the powers of local government and subordinate departments should not only be included in the Constitution of Pakistan but their powers should be clearly written in the style of federal and provincial governments, so that no Chief Minister can interpret the Constitution as he desire. Through the third Amendment, local body elections should be made conditional on elections to the National and Provincial Assemblies so that democracy can be implemented in its spirit.
Workers and sympathizers of all political parties of Pakistan and especially of the ruling parties must not demand water, roads, transport, hospitals, educational institutions, parks and sewerage systems from their leadership, rather they must demand the authority and resources to build and operate all these. We have to bring power to the streets from Karachi to Kashmore so that a sense of participation and ownership arise in public. If education and transport are not provided in schools up to UC level, the people of the respected constituencies should have the power to hold the local government representatives accountable. When the people have the power, they can hold their own representative accountable. He said that NAB has not arrested any corruption till date, if powers and resources are devolved to UC level then accountability will take place in the street level.

These views were expressed by Syed Mustafa Kamal while addressing an auspicious interactive session followed by dinner given in his honor by the industrialist community of Karachi. He further said that the provinces are not giving 56% money they receive from the federation. The federation has to repay 44% in the loans, run the army while the provinces do not have these problems. The chief ministers consider the money received in the NFC award as his personal dynasty.
Sindh gets 27% of 56% divisible pool. The Chief Minister of Sindh gets Rs.1000 billion every year, Rs.200 billion he earns from Karachi through taxes. Rs.1200 billion is the annual revenue of Sindh government.
The Chief Minister is spending these Rs 1200 billion, and is not transferring resources to lower level. He said that during last 13 years PPP has spent Rs. 2300 billion on education alone, today there are thousands of ghost schools and millions of ghost teachers in Sindh, as per reports by all international agencies.
Instead of opening new educational institutions, government schools are being closed, government school buildings in Sindh are being given on contract to welfare institutions. No.additional drinking water line has been installed in Sindh in the last 13 years.

PSP chief felicitates Pak cricket team on victory against SA, pats on Fawad’s shoulders

Karachi, January 29: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Friday felicitated Pakistan cricket team on its victory over South Africa after 7 years and especially appreciated the excellent performance of batsman Fawad Alam and bowler Noman Ali.

He said that despite the best performance in domestic cricket, Fawad Alam was forced to waste 10 crucial years, however his brilliant 100 runs on his comeback after a decade, and Noman’s taking 5 wickets in the first Test at the age of 34 is not only a slap in the face of the nepotism and favoritism – a system prevalent everywhere in the country. it is Evident that the murder of merit is not limited to sports but is the biggest problem in all walks of life.

Blocking the way of capable and deserving people is hostility to the country. History has shown that the destruction and ruin has been the ultimate fate of those nations who waste their capable and deserving people.

If the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is really against dynastic politics and nepotism, then he should establish the system of merit in the country.

By doing so, the country will not only move in the right direction, but the emergence of new leadership will end dynastic politics forever. He expressed these views in a congratulatory statement issued from Pakistan House on  the national cricket team’s remarkable victory.

He further said that PSP believes in empowering the people and reforming the system by establishing merit instead of verbal promises.

With Establishing the system of merit, the country will move in the right direction and ultimately positive results would be yielded.

LG system is the soul of democracy, it must be empowered: Kamal

Karachi, January 28: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Thursday said that local government system is the true spirit and first tier of democracy but the ironically on one hand, the incompetent, corrupt  and self proclaimed champions of democracy took away the very soul from the body of democracy, while on the other hand, the right to life has been taken away from the people by approving the controversial census.

The nation has now lost faith in the institutions as well after being utterly disappointed by the ruling and opposition, this situation is worrisome. The census is a matter of survival for generations of the people of Karachi and PSP is ready to go to any lengths on the controversial census issue. PSP is the only political party taking up genuine public issues.

PSP will not leave the oppressed people of Pakistan alone like the present and previous rulers. He expressed these views while presiding over an important meeting of the Central Executive Committee and National Council of the party at Pakistan House, here in Karachi.

The meeting discussed in detail the current political situation in Pakistan and the future course of action against the approval of the census. It was decided in the meeting that PSP stands with the employees who were forcibly dismissed from the government’s own institutions.

Kamal further said that the government should let the controversial census remain controversial and local bodies elections should be held in the light of the previous census so that some problems of the people could be solved.

The meeting expressed grave concern over the report of Transparency International on the rise of corruption in the country.

PSM employees will not pay the price of its administration’s failure.

Karachi, Jan 27: Pak Sarzameen Party Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday said that the employees of Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) will not bear the burden of failure of those running the PSM.

The forcibly sacked employees are not responsible for the steel mills’ destruction, rather PSM’s losses are the result of bad governance and incompetence.

The government is giving NROs to a few incompetent and corrupt individuals of the ruling elite by placing the burden of their incompetence, corruption and nepotism on thousands of workers of the country’s one of the largest public entities.

We are not asking the PM Imran Khan for 10 million jobs as he had promised to the masses, but he has to respond by making unemployed those who were already employed.

Is this the state of Madinah of Prime Minister Imran Khan? Kamal posed a question. He said new steel mills are emerging in the private sector and making excellent profits, but the state-owned steel mills is not only in deficit but also collapsed, which proves that the problem is not with the employees of the PSM but with incompetent and corrupt rulers.

Imran Khan as the head of the government should be afraid from the curse of thousands of unemployed, hunger and poverty-hit families.

He said currently demand for steel is increasing day by day and the government is astonishingly laying off employees instead of improving the affairs of PSM.

He expressed these views while talking to the media after participating in a sit-in in Steel Town held in front of Chairman Steel Mills House.

PSP Chief attended the protest to express solidarity with the sacked employees and their families.

Senior Vice Chairman Ashfaq Ahmed Mangi, Member National Council Maqbool Abro, Member Lawyers Forum’s Ibrahim Abro, District Malir President Azeem Memon, President Labor Federation Pakistan Nadeem Khan were also present on the occasion.

Syed Mustafa Kamal further said that closure of institutions is not the solution to the problems, the government should create more job opportunities by making the steel mills profitable by improving the administrative affairs through better and competent people. The same steel mills were previously profitable with the same employees and it’s past glory can still be restored.

Expressing solidarity with the forcibly dismissed employees and their families, Kamal added “We have come to tell you that we are with you in your grief, we do not have the administrative powers but we can raise your concerns to the power corridors,”

I warn the incumbent government that these people are ready to go to any length for their due rights. We are not asking for new jobs, we are just asking to restore these institutions.
